The next Buffalo Geological Society Continuing Education Forum will be held on February 28th at the Sweet Home Masonic Hall in Amherst. Breakfast will be served at 8:30am and the program begins at 9:45am. The meeting is open to all members at no charge – come and join us!
This month’s program is Petoskey Stones – glacially rounded rugose coral fossils that can be further polished to use as jewelry. We will also present a brief demonstration on “Pathfinders” for the purpose of producing our own Regional rockhounding field guide
