2018- Buffalo Geological Society Show at Hamburg Fairgrounds – March 24-25, 2018

The 2018 Buffalo Geological Society Gem Mineral and Fossil Show at the Hamburg Fairgrounds is March 24-25, 2018 with the focus on GOLD.

Demonstrations, mini mine, crystal jewelry, rock crystals, fossils, beads, gold panning, flint knapping, and something for everyone. Free parking.

Adults are $5 and children 12 and under are free as well as scouts in uniform. A two-day pass is $7.

March 24- 10am to 6pm * March 25 – 10am to 5pm

Held in the Market and Grange Building.

Erie PA Gem and Mineral Show – July 8-9, 2017

The Erie Gem and Mineral Show is July 8-9 (dated changed from 15-16) at the JMC Ice Arena, 423 W. 38th Street, Erie, PA. Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm. Admission is $4 for adults, $3 for seniors and children 12 and under are FREE. Features gems, minerals, fossils, jewelry and kids activities.

Directions – Take I-90 to exit 27 to Route 97 north to Route 505, left on W. 38th Street and left into FREE parking.

Rochester NY Gem and Mineral Show – October 28-29, 2017

Rochester Gem and Mineral Show is October 28-29 and is in a NEW LOCATION at 435 WEst Commercial Street, East Rochester, NY. Kids Activities, Educational Displays, Demonstrations, Raffle, Beads, Crystals, Fossils, Minerals, Jewelry, Carvings, Spheres,

Admission is $6 and kids 12 and under are free.  2-day pass for $9

On October 28 from 10am to 6pm and October 29 from 10am to 5pm.

Western Massachusetts Mineral Show – March 25-26, 2017- Hadley, Massachusetts

The Western Massachusetts Mineral Show is  March 25-26 while the East Coast Gem, Mineral and Fossil Show in Springfield is August 111-13, 2017.

The Western Massachusetts Mineral Show presented by The Connecticut Valley Mineral Club has moved dates and location versus last year. The Show dates are March 25-26 and is now located at the Hadley Farms Meeting House, 41 Russell Street (Route 9) in Hadley, MA.

Admission is $5 and kids 12 and under are free as well as scouts in uniformm. Features minerals, jewelry, fossils, gems, rock and lapidary tools.

Saturday – 9:30-5pm

Sunday – 10am to 4pm.

East Coast Gem, Mineral and Fossil Show- August 11-13, 2017- West Springfield, MA

East Coast Gem, Mineral and Fossil Show is August 11-13 at the Better Living Center at the Eastern State Exposition, 1305 Memorial Avenue, West Springfield, MA.

Hours – 10-6pm  on Friday and Saturday and 10 to 5pm on Sunday

Admission is $8 for adults and kids 13 and under are free. Parking $5

What you’ll find at this year’s show:

This event brings together vendors, miners, artisans, and crafters from around the world – including Russia, China, India, Pakistan, Brazil, Morocco, Madagascar and more – who sell everything from 50-cent tumbled stones to $50,000 museum-quality mineral specimens. About 200 retail and wholesale vendors are on-site who sell mineral specimens, fossils, gemstones, beads, jewelry, meteorites, crystals, geodes, decorator items, and lapidary supplies and equipment.

Gem Fest is June 4-5 at the Greater Canandaigua Civic Center, 250 N. Bloomfield Road, Canandiagua, NY. Hours are 10-5 on Saturday and 10 to 4pm on Sunday.
